Mbs66 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia's Online Casino

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between mbs66 and every user who accesses or uses the mbs66.best platform. This document should be read together with the mbs66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which collectively form the complete agreement between the parties.

Continued use of the mbs66 platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

• These terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.
• Mbs66 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• All material changes will be communicated via registered email and/or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use mbs66's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are 21 and above at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name — not on behalf of another person.
• You are not on an active self-exclusion list at any regulated gambling platform.
• You register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Your use of the mbs66 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your place of residence.

Mbs66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including during registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address.

User Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) mbs66 account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Any activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the mbs66 support team.
• You must notify mbs66 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Mbs66 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Balance transfers between player accounts are strictly prohibited.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of RM 5 per month. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Mbs66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment methods:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow
• Online Banking: FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within seconds.
• Mbs66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using a third-party account or card are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method, or an equivalent method, used for the original deposit.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require completed identity verification (KYC) before being processed.
• Mbs66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal while an investigation is conducted if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Bonuses & Promotions

Mbs66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for Malaysian players. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, along with the following general rules:

• Each bonus comes with wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement ratio will be clearly stated on each bonus offer.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new player. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus using multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the termination of all accounts involved.
• Bonuses credited to an account without a deposit carry higher wagering requirements than deposit-based bonuses.
• Mbs66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse or misuse.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Game Rules

• Game results obtained through unauthorised means, software bug exploitation, or the use of unapproved third-party software are void and will be cancelled.

• Match or game results displayed on the mbs66 platform are final and cannot be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, mbs66 will endeavor to restore the state of play to a fair point based on system records. Any outstanding balances will be credited or debited in accordance with the verified outcome.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed by the mbs66 system. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled except under the circumstances set out in the bet cancellation policy.
• Odds displayed are based on current conditions and may change before a bet is confirmed. mbs66 reserves the right to reject bets where there is a significant odds discrepancy resulting from a technical error.
• Betting in-play (live during the match) carries additional conditions, and mbs66 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time based on match developments.
• For postponed or cancelled matches, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's rules — bets are typically refunded if the match is not resumed within the specified timeframe.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets are only valid if all legs of the accumulator are valid. Cancelled legs will be removed from the accumulator with odds adjusted accordingly.
• Mbs66 reserves the right to limit or decline bets from specific players based on internal risk assessment without being required to provide a reason.

Security & Data Privacy

Mbs66 takes player data security very seriously. Our platform is equipped with comprehensive technical safeguards:

• All communications between your browser and mbs66 servers are encrypted using TLS 1.3 and a 256-bit SSL certificate.

Account Termination & Suspension

Mbs66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time if any of the following occurs:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, attempted fraud, or money laundering.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage.
• Behavior that harasses or threatens other players or mbs66 staff.
• Players found to be under the age of 21.

If an account is terminated due to fraud or a serious breach, the account balance may be forfeited following a thorough investigation. Players have the right to submit a written appeal to the mbs66 compliance team within 30 days of the termination date.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting mbs66 customer support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.

Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mbs66 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of gambling activity on the mbs66 platform.
• Service disruptions, technical faults, or internet connectivity failures that prevent access to the platform.
• Any indirect losses, consequential damages, or punitive damages arising from the use of the mbs66 platform.

Mbs66's maximum total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit value made by that player in the 90 days preceding the claim, subject to individual case assessment.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which mbs66's operating license was issued. For players accessing the platform from Malaysia, Malaysian law is also relevant to the extent that it applies.

• Any dispute arising from the use of the mbs66 platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the player and the mbs66 dispute resolution team.
• If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the relevant arbitration body or regulatory authority overseeing mbs66's license.
